Tactical Edge:- (self defence) is the combative system founded by Mark Davies. Originally created as a close combat method for special forces soldiers, it has over the years developed into a full civilian combative system. It is also a fascinating exploration of some of the worlds most effective fighting methods. It also incorporates an element of functional fitness and core strengthening exercises.
Hatha Yoga :- is one of the most widely practised form of yoga in the world. It uses postures and conscious breathing in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength and flexibility, and relaxation. Hatha Yoga brings balance, strength, and a sense of well-being to the practitioner. Duration 60 minutes.
Surf Yoga:- is a more dynamic form of yoga, concentrating on the fundamental postures needed to control the body when surfing. But it’s not just for surfers, it’s also a fantastic yoga workout suitable for anyone wishing to improve fitness through yoga. Duration 45-60 minutes.
Pilates: – is a system of exercises using special apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness. Classes are run and hosted by Debbie West Pilates. For more information please click on the link.
