At Floor ONE we understand that it can sometimes be a little intimidating walking into a gym for the first time. For this reason, we’ll provide you with a fitness and healthy eating program to help even the most novice exerciser to get started. We recognise that everybody has individual needs, and everybody makes different choices to suit their ever-changing lives. Some people are self motivated to achieve certain goals. Others need support and guidance to guide them through. We provide programs, facilities and services to ensure our members get the most out of their membership.
Getting Started – Our friendly staff will provide you with all the information needed to get you off to a solid start. Our qualified instructors can take you through a structured induction, covering the basic principles of exercise. If you would like to we will also guide you through our Group Fitness programmes and we will help you choose the most appropriate Group Fitness class to achieve your health and fitness goals. We offer this service FREE for all members.
We have an amazing team working at Floor ONE and Steve, Amber, Nicola, Alice, Dale & Karina are always on hand to answer any questions you may have.
We also offer one-to-one personal training sessions with our qualified personal trainers to give you that bit of extra motivation and advice.
